After you have uploaded all pictures to selected category,
you will be able to view thumbnails of each picture.
To view any picture complete with Documentation and Declaration, simply “click”
on the thumbnail of your choice. If you wish to print your selection,
click on the “print button” at the bottom of the page.
Each picture page that is printed provides your Client ID, detailed information and a “Declaration” that is filled in from your membership application. This assists with accelerated insurance claims by having all pictures documented.
*Insurance Companies and State Agencies can only “View” your information and not modify.
We suggest you contact your Insurance Company or State Agency and
provide them with your Client ID when needed.
Modifying your profile is easy. On the login page, go to “Tools” and select
“EDIT MY INFO”. This feature will allow you to change all personal information.
